Clay McCullar is the owner of McCullar Properties Group which he proudly founded in 2015. However, the McCullar family is no stranger to farm and ranch real estate. As a third-generation real estate expert, Clay follows a legacy that began over 60 years ago. Welch Realty was opened by Clay’s Grandfather, Waymon Welch in 1957 in Memphis, Tennessee – which was a large agricultural hub at the time. Clay’s father, Meredith McCullar would soon follow in similar footsteps, founding McCullar Realty Company in 1979. McCullar Realty flourished across the southern United States, serving as the standard for commercial real estate in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. While managing a commercial real estate company, Meredith was instrumental in building investment groups for ranchland in West Texas during the 1980s. It is safe to say, there is a passion for farm and ranch.
