Easements: There is natural gas pipeline crossing the property that is no longer in use.

Minerals: A Portion of the mineral estate is negotiable with an acceptable offer.  There is not a current mineral lease on this property.  There were four oil wells that have been plugged.  The electric lines that went to the well sites are still there but have been abandoned and do not have power to them. There are five tank batteries ain a fenced off area along FM 1856 that were associated with the plugged oil wells.  The Electric lines going to the wells and the tank batteries are not in use and have been abandoned.

Utilities: Taylor Electric COOP and Oncore own power lines at the intersection of Highway 70 and FM 1856.
